Sovereign Consulting Services provides end to end Human Resource Management to organizations and helps them address their critical talent needs by providing comprehensive Workforce Management from Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to Staffing Solutions, Permanent Recruitment and Leadership Training and Development. Our endeavor is to help our clients and candidates win in the changing world of work. We started Sovereign in 2014.

Taranjeet Singh Chhabra
As founder of Sovereign, Taranjeet oversees the company’s daily operation, Taranjeet is respected for his disciplined approach to making the company an industry leader with exceptional client service.
Prior to founding Sovereign, Taran served 8 years as senior Manager of a Construction firm, where he was responsible for three branches and 850 employees. Taran is passionate about contributing to his community. This is well reflected through Sovereign’s support through various initiatives such as industry associations, charitable causes and scholarships. Taran has championed Sovereign to become a leader among its peers and a forward-thinking company which values and invests in higher education so bright young students can dream big and attain a world class education.
