PLANNING STAGE

At the planning stage, professionals at SCS evaluate the needs and requirements of the clients to determine the required set of skills, understand organizational behavior & relationships.

Implementation Stage

Preliminary Interviews

For Preliminary Interviews, the potential candidates are selected on the basis of prior employment experience, qualifications, weakness & strengths, ability of candidate to fit into work culture and ethics of the client organization.

Short List Process

The short-listing of appropriate candidates based on the preliminary interviews help in creating and submitting a report on four or five individuals to our clients, who fulfill the specified position closely.

Informal Reference Checks

Source Solution Inc. conduct informal reference check to verify the candidates work experience and achievements. A detailed note is then handed to the client with the recommendations and assessments.

Client Interview

Based on the detailed feedback of the shortlisted candidates from the Source Solution Inc. , a meeting is scheduled between the shortlisted candidate and the client on a mutually decided venue. Post the interview a review is taken from both the candidates and the client.

Formal Reference Checks

Once the client has finalized the suitable candidate then a formal reference check on the selected candidate is conducted. This forms a critical stage of filtration for the selected candidate as this enables us and the client to get the views of their ex- bosses, peers and subordinates.

Closing Stage

Negotiation & Offer

SCS professionals act as a key in the negotiation process. Both the Candidates & the clients are given detailed knowledge about the market compensations & benefit for them to discuss and arrive to an equitable offer.

Follow Up / Progress

It is the job of an executive Search professional to follow up and help clear all possible queries for both client and candidate and ensure that the process progresses smoothly and the candidate joins after completing his required formalities.
